Network Controller for 240

I have a Docu Color 240 that restart the network controller continuosly. I try to reinstall the network cotroller with the CD but the problem continue.

The same problem I have with a WC C45, the display show the message that the network controller is unabailable y change the pci firewire card and reset the SDRAM memory in the N.C. but the problem persists.
