What to look for when buying a used docucolor 240 ?

I am trying to buy a used docucolor 240..
I got info on one from a web vendor..

Is there something that I need to check ? what a high meter count ?
What mayor components start to fail over what counter number ?
About how much does rebuilding it like new would cost me ?

I currently have a irc 3220 with fiery and a irc2880, so this is my next step..The xerox quality, so how can I keep my self safe in this transaction ?
dont want to buy a piece of metal only... to expensive for a paper weight..
