another wierd one for Dc3535

For sometime now my Dc3535 is giving 4-341 code which should normally be a drum unit problem of waste toner full .

I have put 4 new Drum Units, cleaned waste toner container , reseated IBT assembly . still the problem reappears after some 40-70 prints/copies.Could anyone point me in some direction. I am at a loss here



Edit: Some more info

After replacing 4 Drum Units the problem has come down drastically , like say one fault in every 5 copies/ prints to once in around 70 prints.


I checked the last 40 fault occurrences in pws

8-631 11 times
8-630 11 times
8-629 10 times

If you are "cleaning" the waste toner bottle and NOT replacing it, make sure that the window on the waste toner bottle is clean and clear as well. If not, it will still detect that the bottle is full.

for codes 8.xxx you have to clear mob sensor to. After that you have to adjust the color registration.Also in my cases i had many 4-341 faults from ibt belt.In my cases blt was not tracking properly

i cleaned the machine a bit applead wd40 here and there. noises have reduced. took 500 prints , no errors.
