DC12 UI language problem

I tried to change the UI language for dc12.After downloading the file the message was displayed Error while data block transfer or something like that.There is explanation in eureka that there is non authorised software on the PWS.Can you tell me what to do and is the machine/screen dead?
Can anyone give me exactly instructions how to change the language?

What is the number of the Eureka hit?

All Eureka tips have a number, you might have to check the box "Show All" to see it.

As long as you can access the DC 12 you can still do the complete software load if you had to.

corrupted xerox download tool, remove and reinstall xerox tools and then reinstall software to the machine

Latest EPC Diagnostic Tool is 3.10

What is the revision of the latest download tool? This is a VERY mature product, I can't imagine there is much updating going on.

Xerox WAS giving them away last year as an incentive when you bought something else, so they are still servicing them and will be for some time.

It's still a great color machine, heavy stock and bright gloss, just a little slow in today's market.

the other way to do it is copy the two ic u25/u27 on the u1 pwb which u need from the other m/c good luck

I solved the problem.Just disable the print spooler service and downloaded file by file.(Also LPT1 must to not be assigned to printer,if it is assign the printer to another LPT)
