xerox dc12 - lines appear only in the first page

Changed IBT blade,Drum clean blade in my xerox dc12. But still i see some lines appearing only in the first page, the pages printed thereafter are neat.

Will be grateful if somebody can help me to find the root cause of this issue.

did you tried to stop print process to see do you have this lines before fuser.

also it will be good to scan sample and post it.

RE: Xerox DC12, also DC1250, DC1256, DCCS50 lines on copies/Prints on the first page only. (DC stands for Docucolor)

Are you printing 2 sided?

If You get those lines on the front of a copy or print, my first thought is IBT blade needs to be cleaned or replaced. Which you've done.

If it's on the back of a copy/print it could be the 2nd btr cleaning blade. Same problem different assembly.

I've never had great success with cleaning these. It usually comes back pretty soon after.

If so it's time to replace the 2nd btr unit.
