Put back your finished product to desktop, can BIOS recognize your finished product as a 10GB HDD ?

Yup it does but not exactly 10GB a bit lower. Also on windows computer management in disk management it sees it 9 point something GB. Do I need to do anything on the photocopier when I put the hard drive back.

By the way I used a Seagate 80GB hard drive and used your dos utility to make it the same size as you specified. I didn't do anything on the drive just cut down the size.

          Summarize:
The target disk is 10GB,19640880 sectors.
          start sector=0
          end sector=19640879
Responce these 2 figure to WinHex and MHDD
Lastly, to let the machine knows the new disk, Press 4+STOP+POWERSAVE while power on until a WAIT message at top left corner appear.
I have confirmed a 60GB Hitc HDD to be OK.
