    Xerox DC250 Fiery error

    Hello,

    Fiery queues were working ok but suddenly control center started to show the message "Invalid Group Name / Password". The fiery is able to send prints to machine like the network initialization and I can browse machine but can't print.

    Please help me if possible.

    When you restartthe dc250 is the start up page being printed?

      ha! the usual think! you should reload fiery software and after that 2 patches which they are on xerox site. Careful! read first the instructions included

        The device print the test page.

        Will try that as soon as possible.
