    Xerox Workcentre Pro 65

    Xerox installed and enabled scan to pc several years ago. It no longer works. I have had Xerox affiliates here and have purchased NP/ST 01.02.027.1 S/W Kit,Ro1.02.024 PWS,DC/ST v7.19.05.026 S/W part # 538K19490 and DC/ST 7.19.05.025 CSE PWS S/W PWS 32 part # 538K19500 but still no help. Mentioned are PWS and GSN #'s . My guy has tried to load but is being asked for these items. 8.01 or better? I am now at a dead end I am assuming. My next moove I guess will be to buy a high speed scanner and send scans to copier and pc rather than scan to pc from WCP 65. Anyone have any advise as I have already spent alot of money to no avail and would rather use Xreox to scan to PC.

    Do you have a PWS laptop to connect to machine?

      No. My guy fixed up a laptop to connect to copier and thought the cd's that said PWS on them would make the laptop a PWS laptop. He could not go any further as he was being asked for PWS version 8.1 or higher.

        Where are you located?
        You definitely need a laptop to service this equipment. No onboard diagnostics, it's done all through the laptop. If you would like to get the necessary tools to service let me know at 714-292-6912.
