Optional services Xerox WCP 2128/2636/3545

How can I install other optional services on Xerox 2128/2636/3545 - for example scan to email, scan to file (I have some SOK's - 960K11010)? Do I have to change something with PWS, one SOK i put already in machine but it doesn't see it (in report is "not installed")

No it doesn't work, I already find out - machine has to synchonize serial numbers, anyone any ideas how to do that (machine is after fsma, call Xerox?????)
