Eddie, thanks for the info, downloaded whatever was there. This is useful but still need full service manual - error codes, diagnostics etc....

I realised it was not a "FULL" service manual after I replied, sorry about the confusion , but the error should be in there somewhere.
Failing that, I have a few friends I can ask and including a Xerox engineer and see if that produces anything
