DC 12 blowing toner all over

Got this message from a friend - blowing toner all over on DC12.
Typically how would you approach this, what are the obvious things to look for?

could be toner is not original xerox or bad developer. could you shed more light on like what kinda toner you use, in what all colours you are having this problem , when was the last time you changed developer for this colour etc.

David, thanks for reply. I haven't even seen the machine, my first trip will be tomorrow. I will shed more light as investigate. Apparently all was recently changed - developer, drum, etc... Original Xerox supplies.
      Not sure about anything else.

Dispense housing/toner auger - deep inside of the bowels - the seals are getting worn out and after thorough clean/lube (silicone) the seals and the area it is OK. But we know it's not going to last - those DC12's are getting old.
