Xerox Workcentre 432ST

H everybody.... wishing a good weekend for all.
Today I have a Xerox Workcentre 432ST with an error code A3B1, does anybody knows what this means?
Any help is appreciated.

I believe that has to do with the fax card. If you reset the plugs on the fax card itself then reboot that may take care of it.

A3-1 The DADF exit/reverse sensor detected a document at power on or during standby

Actually we tried the first response regarding the fax card and seems to be working fine now, but if it happens again I will try the second solution. Thanks a lot for your help to all of you!!!!!!
