Connection problems > Fiery EX12 with CWS

    Please help !!!

I have a Xerox DC12 with Fiery RIP and everything is OK with network and printing. When I go to Firefox and write IP address of the printer, the WebTools everything is OK. WebSpool show print jobs and everything is OK, work fine.

Now What's wrong is that I have three computers and three installed Fiery Command Workstation application. On one computer installed version CWS 4.0, CWS 4.6 on the second and third last version CWS 5th Neither one of the three computers can not connect to the printer via the EFI Command Workstation application. The aplication finds printer (EX-12) with Auto Search, but when I try to get him either as Administrator (i try 11111, Fiery.1, 00000...), Operator, or Guest (), CWS not let me in.

What to do, please help me, I almost three days looking for a solution ...

Thanx for reply, I try that, but I dont have Admin password, I dont have any password saved (I regularly get in WebTools, and there is no admin password). The problem is that I cant enter even like Guest to Command Workstation app.

first try to manually add dc 12 to CWS
if that do not help you then try to restore system software on fiery.

Hold lower right button on fiery and power fiery on.
Hold it until get menu screen.
Menu will offer you to restore system and some other solutions.

When you go to connect to Fiery with CWS, use manual and type the server name as localhost and see if it connects. If it does then try to login to server first without password. If that doesn't work try Fiery.1 under Administrator. If that doesn't work then reload software.
