      i managed to find service manual and have run the heater test i get the following reseult



      R0 234.0208
      R1 20.2667
      R2 3148.2019
      R3 -.3216
      R4 -16.000
      R5 20.2667
      R6 20.2667
      R7 .0000
      R8 20.2667

      any ideas?

          Common......have to change the printhead..crack in a board ....work around is to go to diag and turn the heaters on to get them real hot and then reboot..usually works
          You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
          if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
