I am attempting to troubleshoot a Xerox Fiery X3eTY. However it will not display anything when I hook it up to a monitor and the LCD reads "FF". Is there a way to make this display the bios on a VGA monitor? Also does anyone know what "FF" means on the LCD. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

if you have bustled fiery for dc 252, it can not be connected to monitor, also fiery must be connected to machine.

Startup
Both the copier power
switch and Fiery power
switch are in On position,
but the Fiery does not
start up
Possibly one of the following:
• Faulty cable connections
• Fiery is stalled in an incorrect power
state
1. Recheck all cables and connections. Make sure that the
copier is connected to a power source.
2. Power off/on the copier.
3. Power off/on the Fiery using the Fiery power switch.
4. Firmly press the Fiery soft power button once and release.
If the problem persists, contact your authorized
service/support center.
