6180MFP Crum Error 094-330 Reseat transfer belt unit

A customer of mine asked me to look at this. I checked, removed and re-installed the transfer unit several times. They say they have used this machine very little. It looks brand new inside and out. The transfer belt looks like new. Is there anything else that should be checked? Any tricks to solving this problem?
I have read posts and the service manual that deals with this error. According to Xerox it is reseat the unit, then if this does not work then replace the transfer belt unit. If that does not work check the wiring harnesses or the MCU. Just looking for a little help from the guys that may see these all the time.

installation. Is the Transfer Unit correctly
installed?
Go to step 3. Reseat the
Transfer Unit.
Go to step 2.

3 Replace the Transfer Unit (page 8-7). Does
