I have WC7132 which showed 016-214 error code,also the fax kit is not present on display.So i need fax kit installation number to try to fix this problem. All serial numbers are synchronized

MON, I can help you thru this website as this is information that everyone can use. The WC7132 with copy only, just means that you have to enable the features. Some clients disable the icons to use only certain features. I can walk you thru the steps to enable them. Do you know how to enter into Admin mode on this machine? This is nothing you need a tech or need technical know how for. Its pretty easy. Lets us know and I will walk you thru it. Also you can check the xerox website, type in machine model, click on support and drivers, select support and type in your question.

Thx for the reply. I've already been looking in the administrator mode by pressing 11111. I've looked at all the options but i don't see scan or fax options.
Hope you can help me find them.

Print out a configuration sheet and it will tell you if the feature is installed. If it is then you can enter into Admin mode, go to Machine Status, Tools, Service, Service Registration (I believe) in there it will have check marks to the features and grayed out for the ones that are not enabled or installed. Click on the fax to put the check mark next to it and you will now have Fax. Once enabled you have to go back to tools and run the Install Wizard for the fax
