    DCC3000 VARENNE black toner cartridge

    anyone encounter this problem always appears replace new toner cartridge?
    1)upgrade latest firmware-NG
    2)replace black deve assy-NG
    3)replace black toner cart-NG

    usage of black meter counter within call 7K...any solution?

    problem solved.initialize iot NVM and recheck all b/w and color job to confirm all alignment are correct before leaving customer place ....

      The device in question is a 'Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-II C3000' for those in Europe and the America's.
