Imari HFSI.. Is there an NVM for Warn and continue?

    Hi Guys,

I have a customer in the country that i can't get to for a while with an Imari that needs an 2nd BTR and IBT cleaner. Is there an NVM i could get them to change so they could keep using the machine until i get thereto change them and reset the HFSI?

    Thanks.

yes,you need a PWS and extend replacement life .normally i will extend 9999999 to avoid frequently visit customer place (copy centre or graphics art).

Thanks for the reply mate, I have a PWS but what i really need to know is there an NVM that can be changed through the keyboard on the machine like 751-448 for the drums so i can get the customer up and going over the phone until i can get there with a PWS to reste it.
      Thanks.

Thanks for the info mate, I tried all of those on a C400 I have here and they all come up invalid. The fuser reset works i have used that one before. I'll just have to take a trip up there.
              Thanks again for your help.
