Xerox 250 pro finisher Booklet Tray full???

    Xerox 250 pro finisher Booklet Tray full???

    Hello so my dc250 makes some booklets and after it makes 10 or so it says booklet tray if full(11x17 folded and stapled, 2 sheets), i removed paper and it doesn't go away(also tried to have it just drop them into a box) They only way to fix it is reset the machine. I have the service manual and i checked the values in DC131 and made sure they were set to 20, via the Service mode in the UI (Im going to purchase a PWS soon) I also check the connections on the booklet PWB and the finisher PWB and they are connected properly, I kinda dont want to buy a new booklet PWB just to find out i might need a Finisher PWB also. Anyone have any suggestions? Its a relatively new copier has 275,000 on it so it would be weird for the PWB's to go out, I think im going to call the company i bought it from and tell them to send me both new finisher and booklet PWB's

      hi did you ever find the solution to this?
      I have just bought a professional finisher for the Xerox 700 and it does exactly this!
      10 booklets then tray is full no matter if they are removed as they come out etc.
      i have to fully switch the printer off and start again.
      10 more... Tray full
      this is supposed to be a little use ex-demo.
      Any help would be great.
