[Xerox DC2060) Yellow is missing on prints....

hello,

i have a DC2060 with Creo CSX2000.

When I want print something with the creo, the yellow is missing and the print stop after the first print.
But when I print a test pattern with the DC2060 in the tool mode, the test pattern is OK, with all colours....

I interchanged the cables, but the problem is the same, just with the yellow.

I have reinstalled the creo software and it's the same.

I don't know, everything is ok with the cables, but I don't understand.
If anyone have a solution.....

Hello,

Have you clean all the connectors? Open the Creo and clean the connectors between motherboard and all the cards. Clean the connectors between yellow card and the motherboard into the DC2060 too (check the picture), and all connectors behind. I'm almost sure that it was a connection problem and not a software problem. Tell me what happen?
