Hi,

Hoping someone can help, I have the error 093-316 which is cyan dispense faiure, the unit is working but I need to reset the count on the system to get it back going. I am chasing the NVM code to reset this. Anyone know the number of this,

NVM location 762-314. If it is at 3, you must reset it to 0 in order to troubleshoot. Values of 0, 1 or 2 are normal values.
