Solution Configure or Modify the Default Output Location (Tray) for Copy, Print and Fax Jobs

1. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. The Log In window will be displayed. See the Related Items below for additional information regarding logging into the WorkCentre.
2. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed.
   
   
3. Select the [Tools] tab on the Touch Screen, and then select [Device Settings].
4. Select the [Output] button in the Groups section.
5. Select the [Output Location] button in the Features section.
6. Under the three columns labeled Copy, Print and Fax, select the required Output Location (tray). Output options include:
   • [Right Top Tray]
   • [Right Center Tray]
7. Select the [Save] button.
8. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. The Logout window will be displayed.
9. Select [Logout] on the Touch Screen to return to the Services screen.
