    Xerox M24 Color Copier

    Any one had a Wrinkling problem with a M24 Color Copier....Changed a new fuser, still has wrinkling, SOMETIMES....

    Letter or Legal...does not matter....Duplex seemd to be the most problem..but has happened on single side also...

      what lb paper are you using and is the machine set for the right kind of paper also is it in a damp or humid place? alot of times moisture alone causes that problem but can be crappy paper also.

          Thanks for the Response....

          20lb is being used for the 11 x 17 paper....

          Paper is fine...

          This problem has occured at 2 different customers locations with this machine...We ended up changing the fuser, (EVEN THOUGH THE FUSER LOOKS GOOD) at both locations and it has fixed the problem...
