I read something about it being a BTAC fault and to make sure no paper in Xerographic module but would like to have any additional input which would be helpful in clearing faultm and getting machine up and running. I noticed toner was missing which I will replace first in case it has a bearing on whether code can be reset . There is another C65 a few feet away which is working if I need to rule any component out by temporarily swapping if necessary. Frank

Thanks Hmelo . I did not change the module as yet. I just encountered problem yesterday and did not know what the fault referred to until I got back to my place. I will check to see post on DC470. Frank
PS: I check the forum search for dc470 but it brought up only 8 posts and none of them were with fault 9.304. Frank -
I had gone back and cleaned the Xerographic module. The 9.304 disappeared but a 4.205 appeared. I am returning tomorrow and will clean BTAC sensor and a couple of other things. I don't know what a GP 40 is as I am not usually repairing this machine. FrankComment
