    Colorcal error when calibrating

    I am trying to calibrate my dc 250 but I keep getting an error message.
    "check scanner power or cable (-13)".

    What could be the problem?

    DocuColor 250f Tech Eureka . After scanning when getting the measured page you get the error: Check scanner power and cable ( -13 ) Cause: NVM corruption in DC250. After init all ( using the GUI ) and manually set the NVM values back from the NVM sheets it works fine. When you make a scan in the Colorcal scanbox, you see always 8.5 by 11 inch format even if it is in Europe A4. This is OK. When you make a scan to an own made scanbox you see the correct format, in my case A4. so, don't worry about this :-) IOT s/w version 1.3 and Fiery 1.1.

      I still have this problem can I get to know what the NVM values should be so that I set them on the machine?
