pls try to reload a firmware, it may help you

it needs a new hard drive. it will boot up if you remove the hard drive. the only problem is you can't scan and send email.

remove hard disk then power on machine..if ok hard disk needs to replace.if NG then reload firmware or removed ur ess board to another working machine and power on ..it should works

yes ...ess board DCC320 and DCC400 are same except DCC240.
