    Xerox 3535 fiery software problem

    Hi,
I`m a new to the board and in a need of help. Fiery (built-in) crashed, and now Im trying to reload software onto it. I have software in .ps file I think, but don`t know how to actually download it onto fiery ?

Tried with that DownLoad tool , but IP address is not known to me as it seems ( last known IP is not working, still get Timed out error when pinging) , so basically can`t connect myself to the controller. Any ideas how to do that ?

Any help concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated.

can you enter in tools mode on dc 3535 to see ip address?

if your fiery don not work will need xerox pws and special software to upload fiery system software.

No, I can`t see it, it says 'Network controller is down' or something like that and dont have protocol settings visible.

I got pws, can u tell me what special software is it I need besides pws, so I can look up for it ?

      Thanks in advance.
