Help to synchronize serial WorkCentre Pro c3545

I have this unique machine identifier: X1THPK
Who helps me to have the password for this machine to synchronize the serial.
If there is no other way to synchronize the serial you can tell me.

I do the Complete reserialization I called xerox but they did not give me the password to the Complete reserialization , qualquno I can 'help or throw the printer.
I already tried to change these parts 960K13340 CCM NVM PWB (REP 1.26) and CCM 960K12571 PWB (REP 1.17) I upgraded the printer to C01.001.04.044 C01.001.04.511.

Procedure

1. Notify service support.
a. Call service support for instructions.
b. Complete reserialization form provided by service support.
2. Reserialize machine.
a. Enter the

Diagnostic Mode. Refer to Entering Diagnostic Navigator.
b. Select Adjustments tab
c. Select Install/Cfg (DC371) tab
d. Synchronize Serial Number.
i. Select S/N Synch (DC132).
ii. Select Generate Id.
iii. Call service support and report Unique Machine Identifier.
iv. Enter Password from service support into Submit Password.
v. Select Submit Password.

Serial numbers are now synchronized
