Hi How I do the system download on the W24? I didn't get enter on the diagnostic mode. The boot sequence didn't pass fto first white ball on the UI. I tried power on the machine, press the "1" , but nothing....Some idea?

Did you try special boot modes?
LOG Initialization
1+Stop+Power Save while switching power on. Hold down buttons down until the boot up screen appears and second circle starts to blink.
SPOOL Initialization
6+STOP+ Power Save
ESS NVM Initialization - This will initialize IOT ESS NVM (Sys-System and SYS-User)
3+STOP+POWER Save
HDD Initialization
