DC535 and WC35 comaptible hardware

I have DC535 with defective firewire card, when a placed working firewire card from WC 35 I'm getting message that NC is not detected.
Are this cards compatible?
Even I upgrade C35 to WC35 with this firewire card but DC535 wont work

there are two types but if i remember as long as you have the same in the network controller and the same in the sip it should work.

okay i've checked this on the edoc tag 003 smart firewire 960k13691 is only for wc35 etc on software 97.00 or higher and cannot be used on 535 family. The firewire you need is non tag 003 160k96540.
