Workcentre C2424 Error Message - 37,002.47:50989

Hi can anyone assist with this error code? Can't find the "50989" portion of code. Have tried multiple power on/off; removal of communication cables & plugged back in; also tried removing the communication card; unplugged power cord and reinstalled new cord; Nothing is working. Does anyone have any other ideas or can point us to other solutions? Is it the printhead voltage regulator? Thanks!

Most likely printhead, maybe drum, ink loader or preheater is broken.
