Disk image offline DC470

Don't have any specific error code just report about the problem.
How likely is it to be hdd, and which one do I image ? Is it more likely main controller?

More than likely the HDD is bad. The image drive is not hard to replace. Just pull out old one in the bustle, replace with same size and jumper settings. No software load needed, but you will need to format once in the machine through PWS diagnostics.
