hello all technician since one week l sent a message containe a requests a service manuals for xerox 5020 ..because l have code error J6 that means l should be changing the module photorecepteur ..it's ok ..but ..l find other something ..l change only chipe so l need enter in mode save ..to renisialized all mimory ..so please can you healpe me ...??
