[Misc] Xerox spare parts where is the best place to get them?

    Hi,
I'm based in the UK and I'm having trouble getting spare parts for the Xerox Phaser range ...... specifically the 6130/ 6140 Fuji C1110 range of printers.
Xerox in the UK seem unable to put me through to the right department, I've been forwarded to about 9 different numbers and they all want to sell me cartridges and when I mention other parts.......... they give me a new number to call LOL
Does anyone have any "tricks" or contacts for getting spares in the UK......... or anywhere for that matter?
    Thanks in advance

    I can help you.

I'm in the UK and supply xerox parts world wide, i work from part numbers, so if you have the part number i can get you the part. Alternatively if you know roughly where you are looking at the machine i should be able to bring up schematics and discuss roughly the part area. Xeroxparts - All your Docucolor needs in one place is website to go to. e: sales@xeroxparts.co.uk

Thanks.......... I repair Xerox printers and I'm having trouble getting parts.
I currently buy old ones on ebay and strip them for parts, but it gets expensive and is wasteful.
One part I seem to replace more than anything is the connector the cartridge slips into when inserted into the printer..................
The toner cartridge fits into a bay and you then pull it forward to engage onto a connector that must read the chip on the cartridge.
I'm looking for these connectors, but don't have a part number.

      Thanks in advance

I forgot to add, these are almost exclusively for the 6130 /6140 and 6125 range........ 99% they are all the same.
