problem connection between DC2060 and CREO CSX2000

    hello,

    i have a DC2060 with CREO CSX2000.

since yesterday, I have a big problem, and I don't know where is the problem.

If I print a test procon entering in the DC2060 or with the laptop, no problem, the colours are print etc...with no error message.

BUT, when I print something by the creo, any file, even a calibration sheet, the sheet is printed but the black is not print, and I have an error message on the CREO like this :
"The file could not be printed, please try to change the direction of feeding paper or put the compression on elevated in service tab".

But if I do that, it's the same thing, always.

I interchange the cable for the connection between the Creo and the DC2060, but the same, I reinstall all the creo, but same problem, so I don't have any ideas, cause if I print some tests procon or like this by the machin or the laptop, there is no problem, all the colours are OK and there is no error message.

So if someone have an idea or a solution, it will be soooo cool to help me.

    thank you
