    Phaser 7400

    Hi

    Can anyone help me with this model, i don't have documentation...

    It says Error 230? and sometimes power supply problem code U6

    And how to enter diagnostic?

              Your U6 code refers to "power supply voltage irregularly high". Could be an excessively dirty or defective LVPS. By the way, one of the last things to check that could also cause your 230 error is also the LVPS. I'd start by cleaning all boards, especially the LVPS. hope it helps.. good luck

                  Thanks to all of you. I got SM...

                  LVPS is very clean, without dust. I suppose it's defective, and also cause error 230.
                  Will change it when I get it.
