Problem Ajusting Image Quality on DC6060

Hello everybody!

I have a little problem with the DC6060. Every 4 or 5 copies, the copier make a break and i see "Adjusting Image Quality". I just change the yellow dev and make a Max Setup, the copies look good.

anybody know what to do? A NVM to change?

I would start by calibrating to color server after max setup. What kind/version of controller are you using? What level of software are you at on the controller? Do you have all the patches updated on the controller? Last, what firmware level are you at on the 6060?

I already restart the max setup and it works! I have a creo CXP6000 v.4.1. My tech says that sometimes it could be an NVM to reset, do you know anything about that? How can I tell you the firmware level?

You could do an IOT nvm initialization but I think you would have to re enable the scanner nvms
