    Xerox Phaser 6180 Service Menu

    Hello everyone,

a new customer of ours has a Xerox Phaser 6180. It seems that the admin password was changed and I have no way of resetting it since I do not know how to access the service menu on this machine. It is the first Xerox I have to work with since we usually only sell Sharp / Konica-Minolta and Brother machines.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi!
Hope so it will help you:
    Entering Service Diagnostics
    1. Turn the printer power Off.
    2. Press and hold the Up and Down Arrow buttons simultaneously and turn
    the printer power On.
    3. Diagnosing... message is displayed.
    4. Continue to hold the buttons until the Service Mode message is
displayed on the Control Panel and release the buttons.

if you need the whole SM , just send me a pm!
    Regards, Norbert
