hi guys i just bought a docucolor12 1month ago and i just conected and error 9-342 show i already change 2nd btr clutch and 2nd btr sensor the machine star working good for about 20 copies and then the code 9-343 shows now what can i do i try to find a technician in calexico ca 92231 and i can find no one please help.

what was the fix to this system fault? I am having the same issue and cannot seem to find a fix. any info would be appreciated.
