Hi guys has anyone experienced a 7132 what folds a copy/misregisters and produces a 024-911 fault code. Have replaced the registration clutch and assembly. Re-initialised nvm and reloaded software.The machine does not jam instead the folded copy exits the machine then the machines logic thinks the paper is a different size.and decleares a 024-911.
