[Misc] duplex problem docucolor 250

My docu color 250 wont duplex the paper just doesn't return into the machine after printing one side for any paper size and from any tray. I have changed the whole BTR unit but no luck there. Seems it could be the rollers that roll it back into the machine once one side is printed but I dont know how to open this section to check out if the gears are worn out or something. Anyone know what else it could be or how to open up the palte on the back side?

Managed to open up the area and found a piece of paper lodged into the gears. Thanks!
