Xerox C2128 Error Message

Upon power up message comes on screen "Communications error encountered". Don't have service manual for this machine, can anyone tell what causes this, and possible fix?

you will need xerox pws and diagnostic navigator for wc 2128, and search earlier post here, you will find solution for your problem.

No code, but I think I figured it out. Dead battery.

replace battery, conect xerox pws and perform dc 133 and dc 105.

I don't have diagnostic tool. How can I get this. Just purchase this machine no software or service manual. Or is there another way to run dc 133 and 105?
