phaser 7400 problem with prints and internal reports, help!!
we have a customers machine that needed a clutch replaced in the back of the machine. we dissconected and removed the covers and boards from the back of the machine and replaced that clutch. once we put everything back together on the machine we got some internal reports to test it out and the prints came out messed up. it dosent print everything centered on the page and it prints the pages in color. any ideas? we are thinking that we may have installed a connector wrong or backwords.
