    Xerox Phaser 3200 MFP

    Hi Everyone!
    I had a problem with a Xerox Ph. 3200 MFP.
    It doesn't copy, but prints.
    Its scannerlamp always heating and tries to get the white balance, but it can not. so it restarts always. The lamp doesn't flash.
    I've already changed the scannerlamp to a new one but it does the same effect.
    Could you please help me what could be the problem?
    Mainboard?

              No unfortunatelly there isn't any error code, just the effect. I mean always tries to heast up the scanner lamp and tries to get the white balance.It couldn't get it.
              Any idea?
