Workcentre 3545 tray error

Hello,

I have a Workcentre 3545 with a professional finisher and I am getting a fault code of 12-576.00 (right center tray unavailable) when I start the machine up. The center tray on the finisher is unable to be used. Does anyone know what this is?

Check for obstructions in the exit area, broken gears,bad motor, bad home position sensor on the exit clamp assembly
