how can i calibrate the touchscreen?

Hold the 0 (zero) key while powering up. Then use a pen to touch the screen where the lines cross.

It is ussual problem with yhis mashine .
Touch in not spared have to replace whole assembly

holddow 0,1 and 3 while switching on machine till calibration screen appears then touch points with a pen

This worked great on a 7328 in our office, Thanks Tech9. Do you know if it works on any models other then the 73xx series?

Yep works the same on 71xx 72xx 73xx & 74xx series not tried the 75xx yet but would of thought it would be the same
