False imaging unit fault on Phaser 7760

When this Phaser 7760 is about to fully initialize, it declares a false "non-phaser imaging unit" (drum) fault for yellow and immediately begins to re-initialize itself again. It continues like this endlessly.....the yellow drum is actually good, any idea will be appreciated.

If you mean the front, left and right side doors interlock, i think they are ok because if u open any of these doors, it is correctly detected. Anything else??? Thanks

Besides, it's quite a new machine, less than 1000 prints
