3535 with external creo

hi everybody .
everything works fine with the machine except the creo communication. I try to reload the software for the creo and everything seams to works (upright creo says ready and if you work the machine for copies creo say's "copier mode") however the machine does not print the communication report, does not print, or scanning anything.
Any suggestions please?

try re-seating the cables on the back..those have messed me up many times before
