    [Jamming] Xerox STS Visits

Hi. Just looking at a Xerox DC250. I have a copy of the service Log Book. Two entrys refer to STS Visits. It continues to say that the machine has a serious curl/jamming problem and was escalated to STS Visits in 2006. What is a STS Visit and can I assume this STS is a specialist engineer for Xerox. The engineer number is STS 4298. Can anyone advise me what the log book is implying. Was there a problem with curl/jamming of the older 2006/7 DC250.

    Hope someone can help.

    Thanks in advance.

mate, i wouldnt even worry about the log book. i dont. cant understand half of the xerox BS speak, seeing as 1/2 of it is in acronyms. curling issue i would put down to moisture in the paper. one of our techs went on a xerox course ages back broought back a folder the size of an encyclopedia on their crap acronyms (funnily enough one of them was ABXA (or something like that) which stood for 'another bullshit xerox acronym'.
if there is no prob. then dont stress
